Living Meditation

Living meditation is a program of mindful awareness brought to bear on everyday living. The techniques and principles are based on the on my personal 20-year practice meditation practice.

Classes are taught as part of the wellness program at FHI360 and at Straw Valley Cafe. The Straw Valley classes are open to the public and are held every Sunday morning from 10 to 11 AM. FHI360 classes are open only to employees and family members. However, the concepts and principles taught in those classes are described here in regular postings.

Interested persons can easily build their own mindfulness practice by employing the techniques they learn from this blog. Please feel free to sign up as a follower and post questions and comments.
